UCI Health Equity and Diversity Symposium

The UCI Susan and Henry Samueli College of Health Sciences' (COHS) inaugural Health Equity and Diversity Symposium will provide students, residents and fellows, faculty, healthcare professionals and community members with an opportunity to explore innovative strategies to combat health disparities in the United States and around the globe.

The event — which is being presented by the COHS Office of Diversity and Inclusion, with support from the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs’ New Narratives Initiative — will feature:

  • A keynote lecture
  • Research presentations
  • A panel discussion
  • Networking reception
